Order Cancellation Policy

The contract after its acceptance by the Seller may not be canceled by the Purchaser after the period provided in the Consumer Protection Act Cancellation: Cooling-off period. “A consumer/purchaser may, without any reason, cancel a personal development services agreement at any time within 10 days after the later or receiving written copy of the agreement and the services are available 2002, c. 30, Sched. A, s. 35 (1); 2013, c. 13, Sched. 2, s. 2.

Caspian Gates, Inc. is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible we will make it right. We refund total amount of the order if you send us a written cancellation notice by 48 hours after your order date, otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee as below:

  • 25% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 10 days after your order date. If you send us a cancellation notice after 10 days then we charge you 40% of your total amount.
  • Alternatively, items may be returned after 30 days per the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for all charges associated with the return of doors and products back to Caspian Gates, Inc.
  • Contracts that are marked Rushed, being contracts to be started within 6 weeks from date of execution of the contract may not be cancelled within 10 days. As defined in the Consumer Protection Act. The Purchaser may only resign the contract in writing by email to [email protected] not later than 2 days after receipt of duplicate copy of the within contract.
  • If you cancel the contract (which marked Rushed), then you should pay $150 cancellation fee.

Return Rules

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return for a full refund, less the restocking fee, are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been installed or damaged.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned door are properly packed. We cannot accept any responsibility for doors damaged in transit that are a result of improper packing at the fault of the customer.
  • Returned items must be complete including all original manufacturers packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping for all non-fault returns.
  • Approved returns are processed within 3-5 business days and credits generally take 7-10 business days to post to your account.
  • The doors must be free from scratches and/or defects.
  • The product must not have been installed.
  • The doors must have not been damaged in freight transit.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Any items that are defaced or physical damaged by end-users. We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing any refund or credit.
  • Items that do not include all original manufacturers packaging.
  • Customized orders are non-refundable or exchangeable. If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item(s)
  • Any items returned after 30 days

We are not responsible for any labour costs which occur as a result of the wrong installation.
Returned items are subject to a restocking fee based on the original purchase price, unless defective.
25 % mandatory restocking fee will be charged for any products returned.

How to return a product?

Please contact us via email within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure you include your full name, order number, telephone number and a complete description of the problem. We contact with you to setup a date to return. You are responsible to carry the produts to our location.
